I Need A Soldier
I need a solider! Balmain preferred, Olivier Rousteing the young trending man has done it again. Completely shut down Paris Fashion Week. Last week his debuted his Fall 2015 Ready -to- Wear which was anxiously impeccable. Spectators say that Rousteing is a 90s child, so of course I could relate! Rousteing took it back to the 70s Parisian era and plucked prints from the Balmain archives. Listen when I tell you, very exotic and tropical with exuberantly hued fabrics. I was absolutely blown away by this collection; it literally made me emotional viewing the show. That's how much of a fashion guru I am! Little did I know the designer was this young and has a strut of his own.
Some of the pieces included palazzo pants, high-waisted flares, wide belts, wraparound blazers and loose house coat looks as well. The fabrics that were populated in this family were velvets, embroidered lace, and color blocked jersey knit separates. I completely loved the fact that most of the models sort of drowned in their cozy looking coats. Another great cohesive detail that I saw throughout the collection is that there were sexy sheer polka dot stockings that coated the models legs. The right pair of stockings can sexify any look with a well-constructed silhouette. Here are some of my favorites from Balmain Ready-to-Wear 2015.
